LG QuadWash Pro Dishwasher: Advanced Cleaning & Drying

I have a confession. I would rather clean a toilet than unload a dishwasher full of still-dirty dishes. There is literally nothing more infuriating than pulling out a bowl with caked-on cereal, forcing you to basically re-wash it by hand. It’s the ultimate chore betrayal.

So when the team at LG said their 2026 QuadWash Pro dishwasher would change my life, I gave them a serious side-eye. I’ve heard it all before. But after a month of putting this thing through the wringer, I’m here to tell you…they weren’t wrong.

My Honest-to-God Review

LG QuadWash Pro Dishwasher

Okay, let’s break down the name. “QuadWash Pro” isn’t just marketing nonsense. This machine has four spray arms instead of the typical two, and they move in a way that’s honestly kind of wild. They spin and pivot back and forth, shooting water into every single nook and cranny. My old dishwasher could never.

The proof is in the pudding… and the dried-on cheese, and the peanut butter I left on a knife for two days (don’t judge). I stopped pre-rinsing anything. I just scraped off the big chunks and loaded it up. That baked-on lasagna pan I was dreading? It came out looking brand new. No scrubbing required.

A huge part of that magic is the TrueSteam feature. It blasts everything with hot steam at the beginning of the cycle to loosen all the grime, and then again at the end to reduce water spots. My wine glasses have never looked better, and I’ve officially stopped hand-drying my fancy silverware.

I’m also obsessed with the third rack. It’s not just a flat little tray for knives. You can actually adjust the height, which means it fits my ramekins, small whisks, and espresso cups. This freed up a ton of space on the main racks for my bulky pots and pans.

If I had to find one flaw, it’s that the most powerful cycles can be pretty long. But honestly, who cares? I just set it to run overnight. And it’s so ridiculously quiet, I literally checked it three times the first night to make sure it was actually running. You will not hear this thing. Period.

So, Is It Worth the Splurge?

Listen, this is a premium appliance with a price tag to match. But if your current dishwasher is leaving food on your plates and disappointment in your heart, the upgrade is absolutely worth considering. It’s a total workhorse that looks incredibly sleek and modern.

The LG QuadWash Pro is for the person who is just *done* with rinsing, scrubbing, and re-washing. It actually does what it promises, which is to get your dishes sparkling clean with zero effort. And honestly? Not having to argue with my partner about whose turn it is to scrub the gross pans is worth every penny.
